I hope to work at EA Funds in the future. What should I do now?

This will depend on the role, of course, but we generally recommend the following actions:

• Work on a challenging open-ended project (e.g. a start-up, a side project, or as part of an established business or non-profit).
• Forecast on Metaculus or trade play money on Manifold Markets.
• Conduct object level research in a cause area that you think is especially impactful. You may find some opportunities to do that here.
• Write regularly. Consider writing on the EA Forum, LessWrong or starting a blog.
